Terms & Conditions for Employers
We charge recruitment service fee on Gross Salary of the selected candidate (we don’t charge on CTC like other recruitment service providers do) to our valuable clients. Our recruitment service charges are very much nominal and competitive as per below package applicable on each selected candidate.
Position Charges:-

| Gross Salary Up to 02 Lacs / Annum | 5.77% of Gross Salary (Before Statutory Deductions if applicable) |
| Gross Salary of 02 Lacs to 05 Lacs / Annum | 6.77% of Gross Salary (Before Statutory Deductions if applicable) |
| Gross Salary of 05 Lacs to 10 Lacs / Annum | 7.77% of Gross Salary (Before Statutory Deductions if applicable) |
| Gross Salary of 10 Lacs /Annum and above | 9.77% of Gross Salary (Before Statutory Deductions if applicable) |
The recruitment service charges are non-refundable, but in case the selected candidate leaves the job on his own within three months from the date of joining, we will provide the replacement for the same without any extra charges.
