EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952 was enacted with the main objective of making some provisions for the future of industrial workers after their retirement and for their dependents in case of death. The Act aims to provide for institution of provident funds, family pension funds and deposit linked insurance funds for the employees in the factories and other establishments.
The Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 applies to the Factories engaged in Industries specified in Schedule I of the Act or to other establishments notified and engaging 20 or more employees.
10 % rate is applicable for
a)Jute b) Beedi c) Brick d) Coir e) Gaur gum factories
12 % rate is applicable for rest establishments.
Services provided by us:
1. Online Registration for PF code
2. Preparing details of employees in Form No. 9 (Revised) and submission by us, if not possible get the same submitted in PF office by client’s representative.
3. Preparing, checking and submitting challans to our clients on timely basis.
4. Furnishing of particulars of change in ownership / management/address of the establishment
5. Providing day to day consultancy on matters pertaining to EPF, pension scheme & EDLI scheme
6. We shall process and submit P.F. Withdrawal forms and follow up for the same (For left employees).
7. We undertake Transfer related Submission also (Online transfer).
8. Assistance to employees of establishment in claiming Pension.
9. Assistance to employees in claiming / obtaining superannuation pension.
10. Assistance to employees to check PF balance, submit online transfer forms, track claim status.
11. UAN Generation, Guidance in UAN Activation and Seeding of KYC
12. Digital Signature Activation and Registration.
13. Online availability of Monthly Returns, Challans & Correspondence as per your need.
14. Regular visit and correspondence with the PF department.
15. Replying to Show Cause Notices issued under EPF Act
16. Assistance at the time of inspections and enquiries conducted by the Inspector.
17. Conducting seminars to induct employees about the benefits associated with PF.
18. Timely updation and proper Guidelines, if any changes in Act or rules.
19. Assistance to employees of establishment in claiming widow pension, family pension, children pension under employee pension scheme.

- Any sick industrial company and which has been declared as such by the board for industrial and financial Reconstruction
- Any establishment which has at the end of any financial year, accumulated losses equal to or exceeding its entire net worth
- Any establishment in following industries:-
