Registration with Employees Provident Fund Organisation is mandatory for establishments employing 20 or more employees. However, it can also be taken on the voluntary basis with the consent of its employees. We assist you to obtain registration with PF department for the most reasonable fee and fast. The provident fund is a social security scheme having the government guarantee to its members. The provisions of the PF Act applies to the establishment based on the number of employees. The establishments must apply for registration within 30 days of reaching the number of employees required for coverage. After registration with PF, the establishment must allot Universal Account Number (UAN) number to its eligible employees and deposit the PF contribution before 15th of next month.

Compulsory Registration
The establishment employing 20 or more employees is required to obtain registration with PF department within 30 days of reaching that number.
Voluntary Registration (Recommended)
We are enhancing PF voluntary registration coverage in India. We give 15 % discount on our professional fee for applying voluntary PF registration to the employers.
We recommend to all business those are employing less than 20 employees to obtain voluntary PF registration because 10% rate is applicable and at present employer PF contribution is being paid by Government for employees who are earning up to Rs. 15000 salary/wages till March 2019 and further subject to new rules implementation by appropriate authority. So this type employee contribution shall be deducted from his/her salary and employer has to pay only nominal charges monthly to EPFO. But against this payment of nominal charges employer will stand as a reputed employer for its employees as well as in business society. The employer with the consent of its employee can also seek optional coverage (Voluntary Registration) for its establishment so that their employees can avail the benefits of the Employee`s Provident Fund.
REGISTRATION
As the PF registration is required only when the number of employees reaches 20, hence ESIC registration is also necessary as is required to be obtained when the number of employee reaches 10.

Pan card copy of firm/company/society/trust.
Certificate of Incorporation (In case of company/ society, trust/ NGO).
Cancelled cheque of Establishment (bearing pre-printed company / firm name & Current Account No).
Partnership deed (In case of partnership).
Address Proof of establishment (Rent agreement, Water/Electricity/Telephone Bill in the name of establishment)
Certificate of Registration (In case of Proprietorship/ Partnership/ Company / LLP).
